I am Zoe, a Childcare Practitioner within the Care & Wellbeing team at AL Neurodevelopment. I bring over 20 years of experience in childcare, with a broad range of knowledge developed through both formal training and hands-on practice. My qualifications include a Foundation Degree in Early Years Care and Education, alongside a Level 3 in Leadership and Management. Throughout my career, I have worked across a variety of roles, from managing a busy nursery to providing more personalised support as a nanny, allowing me to adapt to different needs and environments.

I have supported children from birth through to their teenage years, helping with everything from daily routines to exam preparation and building confidence through activities such as outdoor exploration. I place strong importance on building trusting, long-term relationships with the children and families I support. My approach is calm, consistent, and practical, with a focus on helping each child feel secure, develop confidence, and reach their potential.
