I am the Lead Neurodevelopment Practitioner at AL Neurodevelopment, based in Hampshire. I specialise in delivering integrated, evidence-based support across education, health, and care for children with special educational needs. I coordinate and deliver structured programmes for children in elective home education, hybrid learning models, EOTAS packages, and other alternative provision pathways. My work is centred on clear educational objectives, with a strong focus on developing life skills, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and long-term independence.

With a background in paediatric neuroscience, I combine clinical understanding with practical, outcome-focused educational strategies to support children with complex profiles. I work with families and learners presenting with a wide range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, speech and language delays, SEMH needs, dyslexia, atypical sleep patterns, and emotional or behavioural difficulties such as ODD, IED, EBSA and anxiety.

Alongside direct tutoring and wellbeing support delivered in the home or community, I lead and coordinate multi-agency provision working collaboratively with teachers, speech and language therapists (SaLTs),occupational therapists (OTs), educational psychologists(EPs), and mentors to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach.
