I am a SEN Childcare Practitioner at AL Neurodevelopment, supporting children with a range of additional needs, including Global Developmental Delay, Down's syndrome, and ASD.

I have over seven years of experience across early education and one-to-one support roles. My background includes working as a learning support practitioner within a SEN school, as well as working in both one-to-one and managerial roles within nursery settings.

I have a Foundation Degree in SEND and am currently studying towards a BA (Hons). I am also a Level 4 Advanced Early Years Practitioner.

I focus on creating inclusive, structured environments where each child can access learning and social opportunities tailored to their individual needs. My approach is calm, consistent, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I place strong emphasis on building positive relationships and maintaining consistency across environments, recognising their importance in supporting long-term development, emotional well-being, and independence.
